Application documents for juristic person
- Application documents (Registration Form)
- Copy of company certificate, issued not over than 6 months
- Copy of Por Por 20 Value Added Tax Certificate (Por Por 20-VAT Certification)
- Copy of list of shareholders
- Copy of identification card of the director / authorized signatory
- Copy of the front page of the bank account
Apply as a juristic person without a Por Por 20 certificate?
If you do not have a Por Por 20 certificate, you can use the company partnership registration document instead.
Can individual registration apply the service?
Can apply and use the service.

- Registration Form

- Copy of commercial registration document (shop / individual)
- Copy of the front page of the bank account
- Photo of registerer pair with ID cards
Can an individual register without commercial registration document?
Can apply and trial. However, for Production, you must send commercial registration documents to the sales department before activation.

Transaction fees 3.25% of all payment channels.
Other fees?
No deduction of any other fees.
When the company transfers money to the store, any fees charge?
If being a juristic person, there will be 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax.
Does the individual have a to pay the withholding tax?
No withholding tax for individuals.
Supported foreign currencies
Currently supports 10 currencies, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD, NZD, HKD, SGD, CHF, USD, THB.
How to calculate the exchange rates?
If the customer pays in a currency other than THB, the transaction fee will be 3.25% as usual, similar to the transaction in THB currency, but when ChillPay transfer money to merchant,
it will transfer in THB only, which is calculated based on the exchange rate of the transaction date and there is a risk-factor of currency conversion.

International Charge for the international card?
No Charge.
Transferring money to merchant
ChillPay will transfer the money to Merchant in the next business day (T + 1).
If a merchant account is Kasikorn Bank, the money transer will be transferred automatically to T + 1 . If the Merchant use other bank accounts this could up to T + 3.

Cancel product/service purchased
Can only cancel via credit card. In which the customer must notify the Merchant to request cancellation. And the Merchant must cancel the transaction in the system only.Which the cancellations has 2 type: Void and Refund.
Void
Void is a transaction cancellation on the same day before 9 PM. There will be no transaction on the statement. And the transaction will not charge a service fee.
Refund
Conditions for cancelling transactions across the day (Refund)
A refund is the cancellation of the transaction across the day. The setting period will be according to the policy of the channel provider. In all cases, the cancellation of an overnight transaction will incur a fee.
1. If the merchant cancels the transaction during the day, but not more than 14 days from the transaction date, the merchant will be responsible for the transaction fee.
2. If the merchant wishes to cancel the transaction for more than 14 days from the transaction date, the merchant must be responsible for the transaction fee and additional refund service fee of 150 baht/per transaction in all cases.
Note: The period for refunding the transaction will follow the channel provider refund policy.
